Space to Feel, Create, and Be Heard

Life can feel overwhelming at times—especially when emotions are hard to name, let alone talk about. At the heart of creative arts therapy is the belief that everyone deserves a safe space to explore their inner world, at their own pace, and in a way that feels right for them.

I offer therapeutic support for children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring each session to the individual. Whether through drawing, play, conversation, or structured talking therapies, the focus is always the same: to help people feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.

Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

Not everyone finds it easy to sit and talk. For many people—especially children and young people—feelings show up first in behaviour, play, or creativity rather than words.

That’s why my work is integrative and flexible, drawing from a range of approaches, including:

Creative arts therapy
Using drawing, imagery, and creative expression to explore emotions that may be difficult to verbalise. No artistic skill is needed—just curiosity and openness.

Play therapy
A child-led approach that allows children to communicate and process experiences through play in a safe, therapeutic environment.

Talking therapy with CBT-informed approaches
For adolescents and adults who benefit from structured conversation, reflection, and practical tools to understand thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

Sessions are always adapted to the person in front of me—there is no “one size fits all” here.

Supporting Children, Adolescents, and Adults

I work with a wide range of emotional and mental health needs, including anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation, trauma, self-esteem, and life transitions. Some clients come with a clear goal in mind; others simply know that something doesn’t feel quite right.

Together, we create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, safety, and respect—where growth can happen naturally and at a manageable pace.

Training and Consultancy for Schools, Parents, and Businesses

In addition to therapeutic work, I offer training and consultancy services designed to support the wider systems around children, young people, and adults.

This includes:

  • Training for schools and educational settings
  • Consultation and support for parents and caregivers
  • Workshops and wellbeing support for businesses and organisations

These services focus on increasing emotional awareness, confidence, and practical strategies—helping people feel better equipped to support themselves and others.

A Collaborative, Compassionate Approach

My work is grounded in empathy, creativity, and evidence-based practice. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, human, and responsive—not rigid or intimidating.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, your school, or your organisation, you are welcome here.

Taking the First Step

Reaching out for support can feel daunting—but it’s also a powerful first step. If you’d like to learn more about how I work, or to discuss what support might be most helpful, please get in touch.

You don’t have to do this alone.
