Drawing and Talking® – Individual Sessions
Offered on a 1:1 basis, these sessions support a range of social, emotional, and mental health needs, including emotional regulation difficulties and school-based avoidance.
Suitable for children, adolescents, and adults.

Suitable for children aged 5 years and above, particularly those who may benefit from a more sensory-based or symbolic approach to therapy. This can be a helpful alternative for children who find traditional talking approaches more challenging.

Group and School-Based Interventions
Drawing and Talking® – Group Work
Group sessions for 4–30 children, aged 5 years and above. Sessions focus on a specific theme such as emotional awareness, friendships, or social skills. Programmes typically run over a 4–12 week period and can support whole-class or targeted group needs.

Circle of Friends – Social Skills Intervention
A structured, evidence-informed intervention supporting a focus child with social, communication, and interaction difficulties. Delivered with a small group of peers, this approach promotes social understanding, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
